SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPMENTS

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt. Each Tilla Baby Box is handcrafted and contains exclusive items, some unique pieces, handmade and sometimes made to order. The time required for setting up, preparation and shipping may vary according to the content of the order:the products in the collection are delivered within one to two weeks, the bespoke projects and the products made to order have a variable delivery time which is communicated directly to the customer via e-mail.

Shipping in Italy for purchases made on the website www.tillababybox.it is free for purchases over € 100, the standard shipping cost is € 7.50. The collection at the headquarters is free and welcome:if you are in the province of Vicenza come and visit us!

We ship orders by express courier, so we advise you to choose a delivery address at which someone is willing to collect the package, or to monitor your shipment with the tracking number that will be communicated to you via email to know when your Tilla Baby Box is about to arrive.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal is a right governed by articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code . For more detailed information on the right of withdrawal, read i Terms and Conditions .

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the goods. Sealed goods are excluded, which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery, so be careful not to open the packaging of personal hygiene products if you are unsure of yours purchase. Goods made to measure or clearly personalized are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, therefore the Tilla Baby Boxes made to measure or personalized with the engraving of the name do not benefit from it. The return service offered by Tilla Baby Box applies to personalized goods, as indicated in the next paragraph.

RETURN SERVICE

We do our best to make you enthusiastic about the product you have purchased. Our meticulous attention to detail ensures that the presentation of the product and its quality are always up to the highest standards. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help you:contact our Customer Service and we will guide you through the return process.

Tilla Baby Box allows you to return, within 14 days of receiving your order, items personalized with the engraved name that are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Remember that, in any case, in order to be returned, your purchase must be:

  • properly packaged in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all its accessories and documentation;
  • equipped with the Transport Document (present in the original packaging) in order to allow us to identify the Customer (Order number, name, surname and address).
  • without obvious signs of use or that it is in a state that does not allow its resale.

The transport costs to return your purchase are entirely at your expense.
